She was only 36 years old. 86 years after she was born and fifty years after she died, Marilyn Monroe continues to fascinate, inspire and captivate; she creates interest, despite belonging to a different era.

She was find dead on August 5. 1962. and On August 8, 1962, Monroe was interred in a crypt at Corridor of Memories #24, at the Westwood Village Memorial Park Cemetery in Los Angeles. At her own funeral she was dressed in her favorite green Emilio Pucci dress.
